Mahaska is looking for an energetic and motivated Route Manager to lead and support our beverage sales team! This full-time, salaried position is perfect for someone with strong CDL driving skills, leadership abilities, and management experience who’s ready to make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and motivate route drivers and merchandiser to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Manage staff to ensure sales accuracy, delivery timeliness, and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee safety protocols, inventory control, and company procedures.
- Foster a positive team environment while developing and scheduling staff.
- CDL Class A required.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and sales skills to drive team performance and achieve company goals.
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
- A customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills.
