The Customer Service Representative will concentrate primarily on providing customer service to Mahaska customers and employees. The role will work in areas such as Telephone Sales, reception, Driver Support, and Administrative Support for all the Mahaska Locations. This position is based out of our Des Moines Iowa facilities the position offers opportunities to work from home and commute to our Oskaloosa IA facilities on occasion.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of inside or direct sales or 4+ years of retail sales experience, or an equivalent combination.
- Experience building a customer base and increasing sales.
- Excellent Computer Skills, with a primary focus on Microsoft.
- Office Suite and sales systems.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven.
- ability to translate information for the end user.
- Experience with reporting and sales software.
